2nd Annual “Figgy Jingles” Show at the Pella Opera House

One of my secret favorite things to do are singing telegrams. I offer custom singing telegrams or a standard telegram. I absoutely love the look on the recipient’s face when they know that it is them that will be in the spotlight. Very fun. Standard telegrams usually start with me as an eyesore with false teeth and my hair in curlers…..and ends in a gown and boa with a “You Made Me Love You” rendering.  Depending on the recipient and the occasion, many options are available.  I’ve been doing singing telegrams for almost twenty years.   Telegrams range from $115 and up.

ALBUM: My Favorite Things

cd-cover2Tammy’s album, “My Favorite Things” features old jazz standards with a splash of Broadway. Recorded in 2001 in Pella, Iowa, this was a gift for friends and family and is not for sale.  Tammy is an old soul and adores the styles and melodies of the standards and the personality of old Broadway showtunes.

Hi Tammy!
I want to drop you a note to thank you and let you know how wonderful and hilarious I thought (and all of my guests did too!) .. your singing telegram was! You pulled it off not only professionally, but completely in the manner of how Vicki and I envisioned it, too! It was a beautiful party, and I am so pleased how everything fell into place and turned out exactly the way I intended. It was a flawless night, and my guests are still reeling, and you were a big part of it! I have to say though, everyone commented on what a beautiful voice you have and mentioned that you should have stayed a little longer and sang a medley of more songs .. (we would have even given you an extra piece of dessert at no additional charge!! 😉 I totally agree with them! Absolutely beautiful!

You are truly talented and gifted! It was a joy for both Vicki and I to meet you, and I hope if I have any events in the future, you would consider doing it again. All I can say is .. well done, Tammy! Well done!
